I have a small food business that involves canning so a durable pressure canner is all that I ever need. After having a hard time searching for the perfect pressure canner both in stores and online, now I finally found what I am looking for.

What struck me as amazing is the exclusive metal to metal sealing system of this canner which requires a gasket no more. Instead, it is equipped with sturdy screws to seal the lid to the pot. There’s more! It has a pressure gauge which is easy to read and it features an automatic overpressure release. The easy-to-follow instructions come very useful to the users. If anyone plans to cook in large batches, this 21 ½-quart pressure cooker is large enough to feed the army. I should point out though that this tool weighs very heavy, rightfully intended for commercial use.

I guess being heavy and all simply tells how sturdy this canner really is. I’m impressed with its performance and I’m very glad this product is worth everything that I paid for.
