| I like this product. It is also very economical even though they do
sound expensive but if you have to go out to a store, there,s gas cost and frustration fighting traffic. It's just simpler to order them through Amazon. Just one less frustration to avoid. I bought this coffee maker BECAUSE of the water filter. When I bought it (8 months ago), the water filters were available in the store. Now, I can't find them anywhere but on-line. I am not adverse to shopping on-line but for an item like this I don't understand why they don't just sell them in the same stores that sell the coffee maker. I mean, come on BRAUN/BRITA.....how do you say "DUH"? And how do you say "INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER"? Great price on a very hard to find item- I'd looked everywhere. One box was smashed but contents were ok |
