| I have been using these bags for years. I have worn out several seal a meal products and always used these same bags with each one. I have nothing bad to say about them. They do the job. I just purchased a Food Saver (two, in fact - one for my sister, one for me) It took very little time to learn how to use it. I am thrilled at how well it seals in my food for the refrigerator as well as the freezer. And being able to re-use the bags is a tremendous plus. Even my nine-year-old granddaughter learned to use it with only minimal instruction. It is one of the few kitchen items that remain on my counter every day because I find so many uses for it. It is one product that is a pleasure to utilize. Foodsaver rolls are simply the best on the market, I have tried other brands, but they do not hold the flavor of frozen foods as long as the foodsaver brand does. If you need long term freezer storage (6+ months for some foods) - use foodsaver, if you don't need to store food that long, you might find the other brands work for you. |
