Bodum Bistro Electric Burr Coffee Grinder

My daily trips to coffee shops for a good cup of Joe also earned me a daily dose of nagging from my ever-so-thrifty boyfriend. He told me that I could have saved a ton if I bought a good coffee grinder instead. Tired of his (sensible-sounding) advice, I went ahead and took up his suggestion and invested in this Bodum Grinder.

I hate to admit it but he was right! I fell in love with the grinder the minute I laid my eyes on it... ok, not totally in love with the price tag. From all the good reviews the machine got, I couldn't believe that it's only around $80! The glass grind collector at the bottom has a smooth rubber cap that fits snugly against the bottom of the grinder, creating no static thus no mess!

With its 14 settings, you can adjust it depending on how fine you want your coffee to be. My only issue with it is that it only has a 'grind-time' of 20 seconds every 5 minutes. Can get pretty annoying if you want to brew a lot of coffee. But aside from this minor inconvenience, it is a great machine and saved me a lot of trips to the coffee shop (not to mention, future "advice").
