Cuisinart CEK-40 Electric Knife

Every left-handed person knows how hard it is to find products that are "lefty-friendly". Oftentimes we are left to adapt to the product by handling it in an awkward way. Heck, some scissors can even appear dull since they were made for the righties.

So you could just imagine how ecstatic I was when I stumbled upon this Cuisinart electric knife! Its handle is ergonomically designed to be lefty-friendly! Hurrah! You get a comfortable grip on it, too!

It includes two stainless steel blades—one for meats, veggies, etc. and another specially designed for cutting breads. The first blade works very well for large pieces of meat and can be very convenient for carving turkey.

But my favorite has to be the bread-cutting blade. It slices any kinds of bread perfectly, not like the crushed ones you get when using an ordinary knife! I can see myself purchasing another set in the future.
