Cuisinart DLC-10S Pro Classic 7-Cup Food Processor

I love to eat fresh food, but I hated the process of food preparation. Recently, though, I developed this sudden interested in cooking. Truth is I wouldn’t have had this interest in cooking if I haven’t received this food processor from my dad.

There’s no doubt this machine has become an integral part of every food preparation that allowed me to save time and effort in practically any work that I do in the kitchen. The simplicity of this machine makes it very easy to use for anyone.

Its unique pulse control features enables me to achieve the desired degree of fineness when chopping and pureeing. Cleaning is quick and very easy and putting it in storage after use won’t be a problem thanks to its compact size.

One thing I noticed though is the base seems kind of small to support its body, which makes it a little bit unstable, especially if I set it to a high speed function for things like batter or shakes.

Despite this stability issue, I’m still impressed with the machine. Now excuse me while I go play chef for a while.
