Hamilton Beach Carve 'n Set Electric Knife with Case

I'll admit it, I love watching infomercials! I love watching these new and innovative products, the energetic host trying so hard to sell these innovations and the staged (come on, we all know that they're scripted!) reactions of the audience showing that they really are amazed with the host's product.

But sadly, some infomercial products fall short from their advertised performance. That was the case when I ordered my first electric knife on TV. So I resorted to dependable websites to buy a new one. At least I can gauge the true value of the product from the true reactions of the people!

With its great reviews, I knew I had to get this knife. So I did, and it did not disappoint. The two serrated blades which saw back and forth take away the grunt work from trying to make your slices look professional. It's great for slicing turkey and hams since it includes a carving fork and the blades are really sharp. I got perfectly sliced hams and turkey every time!
