I had the perennial problem of grease burns and an oily mess whenever I try to fry food—even when I'm using a deep skillet! My boyfriend must have been tired of my endless complaints and bought me a deep fryer (complaining is a great technique to get something for free)! I've been using this deep fryer for a month now and not a single whine has left my mouth!

Everything about the fryer is easy—very simple to operate that even a first-timer can do it; it easily and uniformly heats up the food so that it doesn't get too greasy; and the parts can be taken apart easily for cleaning. It also features a cool-touch body so you won't burn yourself (but don't try moving it while you're in the middle of frying).

You can easily keep track of your cooking because of the built-in digital timer. This isn't exactly ideal if you're cooking for a large crowd coz it can just hold a small amount of food good for 1-2 people.
